I received an incorrect or damaged item – what do I do?
While we do inspect all our orders prior to shipment, sometimes damaged or incorrect items can be received – and we want to fix this error just as soon as possible! If you receive something incorrect or with damage, please contact us immediately so we can set everything right! We pride ourselves on our fast customer service so you can expect a response back with 24 - 48 hours with return/exchange information.
